This morning I came to the pharmacy to pick up my medicine. For starters the pharmacist who was here today is very rude! This isn’t the first time she’s had an attitude. She seems to especially treat black people like this. She has no manners and is very rude when speaking to you. The other pharmacists who used to be here never treated me like this and I’ve been coming to this pharmacy for years. This is very disappointing. If you don’t enjoy your job then quit or transfer to another store. Don’t take it out on sickly and paying customers. She showed no empathy and gave me no solution. Even though someone from her team said my medicine would be ready for pick up. She blamed them for giving out the wrong information and didn’t even take responsibility for a mistake on their behalf.

I search for better milk every store and couldn't find it, At Last I found it in this store Safeway, one of the employee in the milk area told me I can't take more than certain amount. She said she has to save for the other clients that's not even in this store. The employees need to be trained about business if you put product on the Shelf to be sold they need to be sold. This is just an advice for the management. This happened June 3/ 22 at 8:45 a.m. not on the quarantine time.

The pharmacy staff are very professional and very friendly. They try to help with prescriptions and insurance payments. They are the reason I go to this store, even though it is not the nearest one to my house.
