  Since Quest locations are now fully automated check-in only, no one there are willing to help, make eye contact or even attempt to answer a question. If you try to ask a question when some pops out, the distain they have for you for even try to ask something is astonishing. Given that all the sites I have been to have no wi-fi, AT&T or Verizon cell signals, we are cut off from mobile check in. Most insurance companies no longer issue physical cards and their automated check in only want physical insurance cards. Can Quest make the experience any more terrible?

  This location did not fulfill part of my mother's order, leading to a doctor's visit we scheduled 6 MONTHS out, and we missed a key part of our visit. Don't use this location, unreliable

  The people who work here are friendly, efficient and skilled. Exactly what you want from someone taking blood samples. Whoop sent me here to check biomarkers and I could not have been more satisfied by the job they did.

  Excellent service from start to finish. The technician who drew my blood was so kind, patient, and gentle. She truly made the experience pleasant. I’m very grateful!
