Great gym overall but marked down a start for the seated calf raise having extremely warm out knee pads and the foot platform being curved. There is also no standing calf raise machine.

Well equipped and the trainers I have worked with are knowledgeable. But it has gotten very crowded over the last year and it’s difficult to get time at the stations you want to use when you need them. It is about to get worse as the same corporation is going to close its nearby Crunch gym.
I love this gym. Great amenities, friendly staff, and very clean.
Axel Scofield is especially impressive. While in a top position, he will do everything to help manage, i.e., he'll even fold towels and help out at front desk when needed.
Jimena and Alice do a terrific job keeping gym clean. Note, at every club you will have people trash or leave towels, yet they get it done.
Best value around town, and I've checked out lots. I was a member in Rockville and Falls Church before here. All excellently managed with great classes. This location is beautiful and huge, but no natural light, which is hard to find in DC. Love the recovery room, pool, sauna and Jacuzzi. Parking validation for signature premier level members is key for those who have to drive there. Wish there were Body Balance and hip hop dance classes, but no gym is perfect.
Make sure to read EVERYTHING very carefully. Signed up for a free day pass (was staying an extended period in the area and wanted to potentially purchase a month pass) and they made me pay $20 even though there was an advertised “free day pass.” After working out there, I wouldn’t have bought the month pass anyway, but that certainly made sure I wouldn’t before even stepping onto the gym floor.
