  I joined thanks to the amazing tour Moe Jones, he has been wonderful with the whole tour, explaining benefits, and everything that will make my life wonderful in the gym. I am looking forward to having a great year.

  0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND. I had an extremely bewildering experience with a Staff member by the name of Alfonso on Tuesday, April 7 at closing time at 10:05. He began yelling for everyone to leave the building and did a sweep of the woman’s restroom. Mind you as a male you should not be entering the female restroom. I don’t care if it’s closing time I don’t care what the circumstances are you as a male should not enter the female restrooms. I have been a member of this gym for months and I frequently patron two of their other locations in Clinton and Tenley town and I have never had an experience such as the one I received today. After sweeping the restroom he went back out on the loudspeaker and began repeatedly reciting that all guests need to leave the building. He said young lady, you have to go. This is trespassing. Security is here. mind you it’s about 10:10 and I was about to walk out of the restrooms, saying that I’m trespassing at 10:10 as a paying customer is extremely unnecessary and uncalled for and he had a very stank attitude . This was my first time at this location and he left an extremely negative 1st impression. I’m highly considering canceling my membership because I do have a membership to crunch fitness where I would never receive treatment as such. Train your employees better. This is not how you run a business and this is not how you maintain paying guests. SHAME ON YOU ALFONSO!!!! at other locations, they are much more understanding that it might take you a couple minutes past closing time to finish up and leave the vicinity and they’re always positive and wish you a good night So I’m actually shocked by this interaction that I had today.

  Had a great experience signing up and viewing the club. Antoine and Moe answered all my questions and helped me get signed up. The location has everything I need and then some.. I look forward to taking the strike boxing classes.

  I had some billing issues & was assisted by Antwon, he was very professional & respectful. Antwon was able to assist me with & get my issue resolved extremely quick. I took pre workout prior to entering the gym & by the time my issue was resolved the pre still hadn’t hit. 10/10 service!
