Well they had the original frames and new ones were not needed. So I canceled the order and asked to have my glasses returned. Instead of returning them they destroyed them and offered a $50 discount to buy new ones. I will never purchase again from this firm. UPDATE: Corporate did, in fact, reach out to me and addressed the issue even going above and beyond to make things right. Tyler's actions were prompt and impressive. I'm back in the fold :).
