I've called Warby Parker twice and they will not offer a refund for the exam and will only refund the glasses I ordered if I send them back. Basically Warby Parker stole $150 from me and gave me nothing in return. Do not trust these people to give you accurate insurance information! Go somewhere else!

Not only was he very informative; but he was very kind patient professional, and extremely caring. One of the best experiences I’ve ever had.
