As a doctor, I am skeptical of gimmicks. I can honestly say that the Good Feet store in DC knows what they're doing! Exceptional service and knowledge from Dan Chin and the entire team. I am always talking to my patients about proper foot alignment and its impact on pain across the body. I am now wearing my Good Feet! Also, very easy to get to, right off route 50 by the Costco and they have plenty of free parking 😁

I walk for a living so keeping my feet healthy is a priority I had a right knee replacement early this year and my PT instructor notice I was lumpy due to my left foot compensating for the right side of my body so I had to do something to eliminate the constant pain in the bottom of my left foot.
I came across the Good feet store in Fort Lincoln shopping center in NE DC while shopping at Costco’s where I met Patrick Grant and he was very helpful and patience in explaining how the Good Feet Arch supports helps with not only your feet but also with the alignment of the rest of your body so far as your ankles , knees, lower back and neck I was very impressed by his knowledge of the feet that I thought maybe he had been a podiatrist.
I had no idea of what this was going to cost but his patience in letting me try an arch on in the Brooks shoes and making sure I understood it would take time to get used to the shoes was extremely helpful and I could already notice the difference in my walking and the elimination of pain in the bottom of my foot due to the arch support which wasn’t the case with all of the over the counter arch supports at CVS and Walgreens.
So I now have a new life as well as a more comfortable walk which has increase my confidence in my work and my daily exercise routine thanks to Patrick’s calm and knowledgeable salesmanship I was mentally ready to pay whatever it cost to start using this product !

Frequently Asked Questions About The Good Feet Store
How are our arch supports different from inserts and insoles I can buy online or in drug stores?
Good Feet Arch Supports are designed to provide the firm, yet flexible function necessary to help correct poor foot biomechanics, providing long term pain-relief solutions.
I buy good shoes, but my feet still hurt. Can arch supports help me?
Absolutely. It’s common for people to think that their shoes are the problem, when in reality it’s often the foot that’s going into the shoes that’s the real source of discomfort. By stabilizing the foot with a good arch support, the pain and discomfort caused by common foot and foot-related problems can often be minimized or alleviated.
Will I be able to take my arch supports home the same day I purchase them?
Yes, for ages 6+. Your local Good Feet Store stocks a full inventory of arch supports. Once you’ve been fitted and have found the supports that work the best for you, you’ll be able to wear your new arch supports home.
How do I get my free fitting?
It’s simple. Just stop by your local Good Feet Store. No appointment is necessary, but if you prefer, you can schedule an appointment at the store near you.
Can I use my HSA or FSA funds to purchase arch supports?
Yes, you can use your HSA or FSA to purchase our arch supports. Arch supports, shoe inserts, insoles, or orthotics are eligible for reimbursement with a flexible spending account (FSA), health savings account (HSA), or a health reimbursement arrangement
(HRA). However, arch support reimbursement is not eligible with a limited-purpose flexible spending account (LPFSA) or a dependent care flexible spending account
(DCFSA). Arch Support Inserts are eligible for reimbursement with an FSA or HSA as they are devices placed into your shoes to support the arch of your foot to reduce—or even
eliminate—pain. Important Reminder: FSAs, HSAs, and other listed account types may differ. Be sure to check with your administrator before making a purchase.
How do Good Feet Arch Supports differ from generic insoles or inserts?
Good Feet Arch Supports are designed to provide firm and flexible support that corrects poor foot biomechanics, offering long-term pain relief beyond what typical insoles provide.
I wear good shoes but still experience foot pain. Can arch supports still help?
Yes, foot pain often arises from the foot's biomechanics rather than the shoes. Good Feet Arch Supports stabilize your foot, helping to minimize or alleviate common foot-related discomfort.
Can I take my arch supports home the same day I purchase them?
Yes, for customers aged 6 and above, arch supports can be fitted and taken home the same day as the store maintains a full inventory.
