If you have mobility issues, this is only going to help. Pricey, but worth it. Kudos to Nohamin for giving a thorough introductory session

had an amazing experience at StretchLab with Nohamin. She was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly attentive. The stretch session was gentle yet extremely effective, and I could feel a real difference in my body immediately afterward—less tension, more mobility, and an overall sense of ease. Nohamin took the time to explain what she was doing and made sure I was comfortable the entire session. I left feeling relaxed, aligned, and genuinely cared for. I highly recommend booking with her if you’re considering StretchLab.

I enjoyed my fist session here. The manager was the guy who did my stretch, he was strong, knowledgeable, and had a background in martial arts that allowed him to understand my stretching needs. He sold me on signing up for a monthly package, which I wanted to start when I got back from a trip out of town. I got back into town, only to find the guy signed me up a month early... I'd already been billed $400 while I was out of town, before my membership was even supposed to start. He said he'd fix it and I thought that that was the end of it. Then, it didn't get fixed. And, the next session was with a petite yoga lady who was unable to stretch me in any meaningful capacity, but I was pretty laid up and she at least helped a little. The next session I was normal and she wasn't ab le to stretch me in any meaningful capacity. She explained my stretch goals (getting back to a split, letting my hips roll on certain kicks, etc., was out of scope for the facility and she didn't feel equipped to stretch me. She canceled my class and said she "owed me a session." This was never rectified. I brought up the billing at both sessions with her and she said only a manager could fix that, and none were working. She canceled all future sessions since she couldn't perform them. Then billing called: They wanted money, I'd supposedly added more debt, owed the month that was before my enrollment started, and they had not heard anything from any member of the Georgetown facility. I called the manager AND went to a final session with him. He never booked me a next appointment, said "don't worry I got you" on both the billing and and the poor trainer pairing, but explained that the my stretch goals were a bit out of range for the facility, even though they were the same ones I had when he was signing me up. I didn't get a next appointment. The guy fixed nothing, and billing started calling with ever-higher bills owed for no services rendered. By this point I had had enough. I didn't feel comfortable having the guy who kept lying to me do another round of stretching. Billing says there's nothing they can do. The people at Georgetown Stretchlab still have not contacted billing, even once. No effort was made to fix anything. Now I've paid them over $500 for only THREE stretch sessions, and they're trying to claim I owe them $800 more. Don't come here for any reason. The manager is a liar. The business is a scam. If you need more than a light stretch, you won't find it here. Better signing up for a kickboxing class at the YMCA and doing the partner rubdowns after sessions.
