  In my first class they couldn’t find my reservation, made me fill out the same documents in my phone and paper. The class was at 10:45am when I finished their paperwork, it was 10:44. I changed to their shoes and then they didn’t allow me to go in the class because it was 10:47. Claiming it was a safety concern that I walked in two minutes late for my first class, despite the delays being on them. They didn’t issue a refund because they said this was from a third party - class pass. This is shocking.

  I booked a class at SoulCycle through a third-party app, but when I arrived, I was told I couldn’t take the class because I hadn’t “booked a bike.” So I ended up losing both my money and my time due to their confusing and unfair policy. Absolutely ridiculous! This place is overpriced and their policies are a nightmare. I want my money back!

  Had the BEST time with Jordan at the Swiftie Ride, one of the best rides I’ve ever been to, her energy is amazing!!!!

  All I have to say is Kaleigh is amazing. She needs to teach more bad bunny choreography- the energy and resistance was unmatched.

  Christopher is extremely rude. I’m not too sure how he still even works here considering all of the complaints he gets. I was ready to start coming here every morning. Not anymore, I’ll be finding another place! Don’t come here.
