New female pharmacist is always publicly mean towards me. She insinuated that Ed the previous pharmacist done something wrong and was fired. Everyone else just follows the leader. Oh well. Yall stay open on the weekends so I'll still be going sometimes. But only when absolutely necessary

It is shocking how much this place has fallen off since Ed retired, especially considering the rest of the staff is still mostly the same. Does the new pharmacy manager just suck or something? I wish I knew. I keep giving them a chance every few months hoping things have turned around, but somehow things just keep getting worse. Really sucks, as it was the only decent pharmacy in the area. Doubly frustrating to see ownership respond to every review as if they care, when clearly they have no interest in fixing things.

This once was a great & reliable pharmacy for our community. Sadly it is no longer that way. The customer service is awful and I have been hung up on a few times. Just because they are busy or do not know an answer they should still find out in a respectful manner. I had one employee state to me that he could lie to me about my medication and its status. That is extremely unethical. We need better.

This used to be a great Pharmacy before Ed left. Now it's a sad excuse for care and honestly everyone should lose their jobs. Staff hang up on you if you have a slightly complicated request (aka a refill request didn't go through), they raise their voice at you, tell you you're wrong when you're trying to describe an issue, and generally have no regard for their patients. Even my doctor's office hates talking to the staff here!

Really want to give props to the Pharmacist Ed, who regularly goes above and beyond. We had a five minute conversation where he noted he would call 📞 on my behalf to get a prescription transferred so I didn’t have to do it. I figured he would forget because they were busy that day but he followed up via phone call to ensure they had all my info correct and I got the best price for the script. Thank you Ed. I appreciate the work you do every time I come to the pharmacy.
