- SRSean RobertsJul 24, 20251.0It is shocking how much this place has fallen off since Ed retired, especially considering the rest of the staff is still mostly the same. Does the new pharmacy manager just suck or something? I wish I knew. I keep giving them a chance every few months hoping things have turned around, but somehow things just keep getting worse. Really sucks, as it was the only decent pharmacy in the area. Doubly frustrating to see ownership respond to every review as if they care, when clearly they have no interest in fixing things.

Staff hang up on you if you have a slightly complicated request (aka a refill request didn't go through), they raise their voice at you, tell you you're wrong when you're trying to describe an issue, and generally have no regard for their patients. Even my doctor's office hates talking to the staff here!
