Brittney is SUPER accessible and communicative - when my daughter comes back and forth for college she works with us to pause and resume the membership as needed. Super professional and responsive, as is the rest of the staff. I love this place!!
- MMMax5 days ago4.0Nice gym, a lot to offer. Pool, sauna, large workout area, recreation and training lessons.:) Unfortunately poor opening hours. Until 6PM on weekends is too early. You should adapt this. I work in shifts and I don’t have any opportunity to work out on the weekends. I guess, many people as well… The etiquette in the pool and sauna area is also catastrophic. People use the pool without a shower, step into the jacuzzi with underwear or even a towel and use the sauna with shoes, street or gym wear, phones, headphones and so on. Makes me shocked…and nobody seems to care even though there are dozens of employees…

I then was assigned to Everett Rankin as my stretch and restore staff member at TenleyOnelife Fitness. AMAZING ! In two sessions with Everett’s careful analysis of my issue. He located the muscles in the back of my shoulder and did exercises to unfreeze it.He unlocked my shoulder! I intend to keep Everett in my holistic medical routine for a long while! All the trainers are fabulous, and all the staff are really courteous and helpful at Onelife Fitness Tenley.
