  I’ve been going to Onelife Fort Totten for a little over two years, and I’ve quite literally attended hundreds of Zumba classes here. I adore all of my instructors, and I’ve made such amazing progress towards my fitness goals. My favorite class is Averry Cox’s Zumba class — it’s high energy, her playlist is fire, and I feel like it’s my most challenging workout of the week (in a very good way, of course). I seriously wish she taught more at this location! I also want to shout out my other fabulous instructors Neda Rahmati, Thea Salvo, Ivy Allen, and Meghan Petrucci for always making Zumba a calorie-burning dance party. I love this gym!

  Really good value with all the weightlifting equipment you could need, a pool, sauna, hot tub, tons of classes, ranging from yoga to cycling, and access to everything except for one boxing room, all on the lowest tier membership which is around $40 a month. It can definitely get busy during rush times so I try to avoid going then when I can, but otherwise the people who work there are very friendly and it’s a huge gym. The lights are a little fluorescent but hey, it’s a gym what can I expect? Better than mood lighting that would put me to sleep.🤣 Locker rooms are generally pretty well-maintained although there is a ton of volume of people going through them in the afternoons and evenings so sometimes they can get a bit messy. But I always see someone or multiple people cleaning the gym so they do their best to keep up! Overall, five out of five stars for sure.
