  Only leaving this review to help others. As other reviews mentioned, the staff here is not the friendliest. I'm always met with attitude and never a hello or a smile. Last time I came to pick up my medication, the manager was extremely irritated. He even slammed the door when he walked through it. The actual manager. Told myself I don't want anyone that angry filling prescriptions for me, so I choose to no longer go to this location for my medication. Aside from that, I want to share this info. I can't prove anything and who knows what is what but there is a prescription I would get filled at this location. I noticed my medication wasn't really working. I thought that my body had just adjusted to the meds, as it was no longer working as good as it used to. Went from being a 10/10 to a 4/10. After I switched to a new pharmacy in the Navy Yard area, I ordered the same prescription, and the difference is night and day. 10/10 again which I find odd. I don't know if anyone else has experienced this but I just wanted to leave this review to let other customers know to beware.

  I've always had a good experience here, but there is a newer female pharmacist who's particularly excellent. One day I was sprinting through the door to pick up a prescription right as they closed (a few minutes after the hour, tbh). She was locking the windows but very kindly and professionally re-opened for me. In several other encounters she has always been very professional, informative, and polite. All of the staff at this pharmacy are great!

  I have been waiting for a prescription for over a week with no information given on when it will be available. Due to the fact that it's a controlled prescription, the option of just sending it to another pharmacy is not realistic. Getting assistance on this has been akin to pulling teeth and the staff is dismissive at best, and condescending at worst.

  The Pharmacist is amazing she always explains meds and cost but also offers help to combat the high cost. All the staff there are kind.
