It’s not about the money but more so the lack of communication. I was told I was sent an email informing of this information which is false. The email I received said nothing about paying out of pocket.

I hax tried my best to glue the broken piece back on, and it did last for almost two months, until it broke off yet again. I hqd originally purchased the glasses at their other store which has since closex down, so I walked to the closest store which was here. Ligia was able to just switch-out the lenses to a new frame that was vrry similar. I was lucky that the lenses from ghe old glasses fit. Ligia maxe them fit! I saved some time and money without having to go through the prescription process all over again, then pay even more money for a complete pair of glasses. While I was here, I saw a cool frame that I really like, and now I'm planning on getting a complete pair of those.
