  I booked a 90-minute massage with Lee and a 60-minute “Advanced” facial with Karla. The massage was fantastic and met all my expectations. Unfortunately, the facial was a complete disaster and felt like a total scam. By far the most uncomfortable and awkward facial experience I’ve ever had. From the start, she startled me with crazy energy (I was almost dozing off after the massage and she literally snapped me out of it with her weird energy). She proceed to behave inappropriately and unprofessionally for the entire 60 minutes. She attempted to pressure me into giving her a five-star review by telling me I wouldn’t need to leave a tip and by offering “freebies” and excessive flattery. She tried to bond with me over our shared ethnicity to influence the review, telling me we need to look out for each other, made strange comments about “the Russian who does facials,” and repeatedly pushed me to commit to seeing her every two weeks. She kept justifying why she was working slowly in a defensive way, even when I never made any remarks. She was wearing loud bangles that constantly clanged and she tugged my hair multiple times while reaching for products, making the experience physically uncomfortable as well. She juggled with Siri to set timers, she used machines that I never agreed to have on my skin because the facial I booked does not mention them, and she got products in my nostrils, causing sinus issues on the spot. Beyond the behavior, she had zero technical skill. She began the facial without ever inspecting my skin, randomly slapped products on, attempted to pop a mole (leaving a red mark), and performed absolutely no facial massage. There was no structure, no technique, no professionalism. At checkout, the front desk staff were kind and insisted on getting my feedback because I was visibly frustrated. They reassured me that someone would follow up with a call. The facial cost $175 and they applied a 50% discount and told me the situation would be discussed further, possibly with a refund. To date, no one has contacted me. This lack of follow-up leads me to believe the business knowingly employs underqualified, underskilled staff while charging premium prices. While the massage was excellent, the facial experience was unacceptable and unless I hear back, I will not consider returning and will not recommend them.

  The receptionist was very kind. Karla gave me the best massage of my life. She pays attention to details and I walked out feeling like a brand new person. Cannot recommend Karla & this place enough!

  Karla at Deluca Massage is the real deal. I went for a special deep tissue, not a generic, spa-day massage. Karla immediately got it. She asked the right questions, paid attention to what I actually needed, and then went to work with a level of focus and skill that’s rare. Nothing felt rushed or scripted. She clearly knows the body, reads tension instinctively, and adjusts as she goes. The pressure was exactly right, and the way she moved from area to area just made sense. By the end, I felt like my body had been put back where it belongs. I walked out calmer, looser, and genuinely better than when I walked in. If you want someone who takes their work seriously and delivers results, book with Karla. You won’t regret it.
