  I’ve taken two classes at this studio with the same instructor (whose name I unfortunately don’t remember), and I genuinely enjoyed the experience. The pace, instruction, and overall feel of the class are exactly what I’m looking for in a Pilates studio. However, the class registration system makes it very difficult for someone with a typical 9–5 schedule to attend consistently. Evening classes are fully booked weeks in advance, which forces members onto unpredictable waitlists. For a unlimited membership that can cost close to $300 per month, it doesn’t make sense to pay for “unlimited” access when there’s no reliable way to actually book classes at reasonable times. This booking structure is what’s pushing me to consider other studios, even though I prefer the workout here. I strongly believe the studio (or corporate) should consider limiting how far in advance members can book classes — for example, a 2–3 day window — so more members have fair access to evening sessions. The workout is great. The scheduling system is the only reason I’m hesitating to join.

  I am a founding member and am so happy this studio has opened in the Navy Yard. Myra always has a cheerful welcome. The instructors I have had so far (Keke, Naajah, Jasmine, Jordan, SJ) are all terrific. They explain the exercises as we go, adding little ways to "spice things up" so you can go through the classes with added focus to different areas of the body. I really appreciate that they quietly help people correct their positions without embarrassing anyone. I have been in studios where they yell at people from across the room or by their reformer, which is so demoralizing. This definitely does not happen here!! Izabela is a great manager who is eager to answer any questions and we have had fun sharing recipes with each other.

  This studio is so welcoming and I have truly loved coming to classes!! All the teachers are so helpful and each class is different which I love!

  Great intro class with instructor Keke & welcoming studio and staff! It was my very first Pilates class. I felt so welcome as soon as I stepped into the studio. My instructor, Keke was welcoming, patient, and energetic. Appreciate you helping me learn and the opportunity to learn new things :) Let me visit again with my boyfriend soon (hope he will go with me😉😆) Thank you!!
