I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Amy Nwankwo! She was personable, lively, knowledgeable and put me so much at ease for my appointment. She gave me great advice regarding medical questions I had, took the time and didn’t try to rush. I am very fortunate to have found a great provider such as Dr. Nwankwo. I highly recommend booking an appointment with her.

I would not recommend this office based on my experience. The staff appeared rushed and unprofessional, and my appointment, scheduled for 6:00 pm lasted only about 15 minutes leaving my concerns unaddressed. I was given a referral to arrange on my own, with no treatment or resolution provided during the visit. My questions also felt strongly dismissed, which made the experience uncomfortable. Overall, the level of care and communication did not meet expectations. I’ll never be back here nor will I ever recommend this office to anyone I care about

I first visited this office in 2024 under AllCare and had a wonderful experience — the staff and doctors were warm, attentive, and made me feel genuinely heard and supported. Unfortunately, since the transition to CloseKnit, I won't continue as a patient. The main challenge has been communication. For example, the Google-listed phone number routes to a CloseKnit customer service line rather than the office directly, which adds extra steps to something as simple as asking a question. When I had a question about my labs, I submitted it through the CloseKnit portal but didn't hear back until I called in — which itself required going through customer service first to get the office number. My provider responded in the CloseKnit portal, but when I had a follow-up question, the whole process over again. My decision to leave as a patient is because of the switch to CloseKnit and not the providers in this location.

The switch to CloseKnit has apparently been a disaster. My portal information didn't transfer over from AllCare, so I had to create a new account. Then it claimed it couldn't verify my insurance and I had to call. I called and the worst AI ever answered, telling me they only accept BCBS of Massachusetts. Finally I get a person on the phone from India, who claims the insurance is accepted but to get it to work online he needs to transfer me to technical assistance. He can't just book an appointment. I guess I'm old, but all I want is to talk to a human in the office who can book my appointment in 2 mins. This shouldn't be an hour long endeavor. Going to find a new provider because this isn't worth my time.

Says online that it’s an urgent care and accepts walk ins but apparently they have been bought out and no longer accept those types of appointments. Would have been lovely to know before walking over 15 minutes with my girlfriend who is currently sick.
