  My experience was very good, everything was done smoothly and I experienced no pain during the procedure and also no pain afterwards, so I did not have to take Motrin or Tylenoll.

  Oh my goodness! I love Dr. Kim Menhinick. I am a discerning medical professional, and from me, that is high praise. Patient, warm and teaches - all with a chill knowledgeable vibe. Front desk, Joy the hygienist, and other administrative staff are professional and courteous.

  I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Hetz! As a nervous parent, I was extremely anxious about the root canal procedure, but from the very beginning he made both my son and me feel calm, heard, and truly reassured. He was incredibly patient and took the time to explain every step in detail, which meant so much to me and immediately put us at ease. His calm presence and confidence brought me great peace during a very stressful time! What truly sets him apart is how much he genuinely cares: he followed up that same night exactly as promised and returned calls and messages promptly, even on weekends, which meant the world to me as an anxious mom. His skill, compassion, and reassurance are truly exceptional. As his assistant said, he is truly one of the best endodontists in the world, and I wholeheartedly agree! I am also very grateful to his assistant and the front desk for their great support and kindness! Thank you, Dr. Hetz and the team, from the bottom of my heart!
