    Everything about your service, from scheduling to checking in to the skilled phlebotomists and actual blood draws could not be better!

    They are professional and pleasant here, but this is the second time in a row that I have scheduled an appointment weeks in advance and have had to wait 20-25 minutes to be seen for my appointment. When people are fasting, it is especially not a pleasant experience waiting when you have an appointment and have even arrived early, then having to wait almost half an hour longer. What a terrible experience.
