  I appreciate mobile check-in option. It's always clean and neat in the waiting room and patient rooms and the temp is comfy. A short wait time is very important to me - I usually head to work right after so I need to be able to get in and out. Everyone is always pleasant no matter how early in the morning I go. No pain; easy, peasy, quick and easy. Results always pop up quickly on the app too. ☺️

  The phlebotomist, Chearyleen Wilson-Sabin took her time with me, carefully checked with me the accuracy of all labels, and was quite courteous.

  This was my first time at this Quest Diagnostics location, and I decided to try a walk-in since I had some free time. To my surprise, I barely waited at all, much less than when I usually come with an appointment. The entire staff today was friendly, kind, and attentive. Overall, it was a very pleasant and positive experience. I was genuinely impressed! @docsabrina

  IF I COULD GIVE A ZERO, I WOULD!! THEY LOST MY 24-HR URINE TEST!!! HOW DO YOU LOSE A WHOLE BUCKET OF PEE???!!!! The whole process was screwed up right from the beginning. I had to go back and forth several times. There is no person there AND no one answers customer service.
