  fast efficient and by far the least painful blood draw I've ever encountered and I've been to this place a few times now, can barely feel the draw! five stars

  Made an appointment online. They called me in promptly. Phlebotomist was excellent - very calm even though I was terrified because I have the worst veins in the entire world. Barely even felt it. I cried happy tears and I don't remember but I might have hugged her. Wish I remembered her name. Pretty, veteran black lady.

  Would give 0 stars if possible. NO HUMAN BEINGS. You walk in to a bank of nasty germy computer touch screen and 4 chairs. Absolutely horrible. They no longer take walkins inless you are willing to sit and wait for hours. No one to ask queastions, no one answers the phone. 100% automated. Can not even schedule an appointment without a computer or smart phone. Had to call corporate to talk to a very rude person who did not care Would not use if I had a choice, but in the immortal words of Hanna Barbara "we'er the only catere in town". It is a shame that the largest lab in the country has NO customer service .
