She demanded that I place my bag in a locker immediately. Minutes later I saw her walk by another gym goer with a bag, hoodie, and belt throw on the floor and she did not say a single word. The owner should consider hiring staff with higher competence and better customer service skills. That will be my last time visiting this location.
