  Had an appointment for 12:30 and didn’t get in till 12:45 because tech was socializing with patients too much, then once I got in.... it took her 20 minutes to enter my information in computer before taking my blood, I feel bad for whom ever has to work with her , ( very slow)...

  Was one of three people. Wait time claimed to be 15 minutes. Waited for over an hour. Someone came in after me and somehow jumped me in queue? Slow and understaffed

  The Hartford HealthCare Labs have at least 2 Quests on the Silas Deane Hwy. I was at 1260 Silas Dean Hwy. I didn't know what was wrong with the patients there when I arrived. They were all grumpy. I soon found out when I was treated gruffly - When I walked in I didn't know if I was supposed to give my paperwork or my ins. card. They looked at me like I was a moron. "Sign in and take a seat!" I watched one-by-one people come in and be treated like they were a piece of crap. My other doctors have a lab on site. I will speak with my ob-gyn to see if she can move her blood lab to a different facility. I also called Quest. They said someone would be in touch with me in 24-48 hours. With all the recent negative comments, someone should do something about this office. A co-worker told me Quest in Manchester is very nice. It's all about who you hire and how you train them to work with others. I saw one elderly woman leave. She talked it over with the friend who drove her and then told the front desk she was leaving. I hope she found a more pleasant office.
