  Had a 9:30 A.M appointment for a timed draw. I arrived at 9:00 A.M. presuming that I would get the draw done within the 12-hour window needed for this particular test. It ended up that the location was badly overbooked and they were well behind earlier appointments and very slow. This particular test if not drawn within the 12-hour window renders the test results invalid.

  My tech, Yasmily was incredibly good. I have never had such a good draw. I mean never! She was such a good soul!

  As long as you schedule an appointment ahead of time, they move very quickly. Check in through your cell phone and you can clearly see the list of appointments along with your place in line. It makes the whole process smooth and stress‑free.
