    I scheduled my appointment about two weeks in advance for October 10th since I had the day off from work. When I arrived, the staff looked confused. I informed them that I had a 10:30 a.m. appointment, but the receptionist said it was scheduled for the following Friday. I showed her my email confirmation clearly stating the 10th. After checking her system, she claimed the appointment had been rescheduled by someone else — yet I was never notified. Their only solution was for me to wait and see if the person they had scheduled for 10:30 showed up or not. Extremely frustrating to have my time wasted after a 30-minute drive. Never again.

    Horrible Treating elderly people. My mom (75y) came there from Stratford. She was driving one hour (she’s from Stratford )and because they change office my mom was confused and lost. By the time she finally get there she was 30 minutes Late. They didn’t take her that day, they send her back home. Her appointment it was taking only few minutes to adjust the hearing aid. That’s how they care for their clients. So disappointed 😤👎
