  Today’s unpleasant experience. While staff are typically super supportive & provide helpful tips; instead of embracing New England’s beautiful fall season with pumpkins and tasteful images of fall foliage, an unwise decision was made to put a fake mouse (that appeared real) in the patients’ restroom near a garbage can. I was frightened while providing a urine sample. Someone could have experienced a medical emergency at a medical facility seeking weight loss management services, all in the name of celebrating Halloween. And BTW the office decorations IMO are over the top & distasteful for a professional atmosphere; not everyone celebrates Halloween. To the franchise owner: Thanks for your prompt response & for reinforcing the apology, it’s appreciated. However, it’s unfortunate you view my comments as an “attack.” You may not have read my detailed e-mail to the office manager wherein I provided greater context. I’m an attorney & sincerely desired to provide “complimentary” advice (albeit unsolicited) in the hopes of limiting any liability in the future. Since you disclosed I received an injection, just want to note it was merely a Vitamin C injection (value approximately $20.00); I wouldn’t want to leave the impression it was a more expensive weight loss injection that I don’t receive. And BTW I’m not seeking any pay day or any further complimentary services (& didn’t seek free Vitamin C injection, it was offered). I didn’t mention initially because I literally forgot about, was too traumatized. Finally, last time I checked Halloween wasn’t a season, but fall is and I didn’t observe any colorful, fall-like decorations.

  Great and friendly atmosphere. Staff very professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend this program and location to anyone wanting to shed the pounds safely.
