StretchLab was created to help increase flexibility, range of motion and energy in people no matter what their age, body type or fitness level! StretchLab Westport offers one on one assisted stretching and group stretch classes in a fun, open and communal environment. Our one on one stretches can be 25 or 50 minutes long and we offer drop-in or monthly memberships. All of our flexologists are highly trained and create a custom stretch routine for each member. Our innovative group stretches offer a unique way for members to reach their flexibility goals. Group stretches can be purchased individually or as a monthly membership.

- TEThomas Engelke5 days ago5.0I’ve had a couple of surgeries and made some progress with physical therapy, but only to a certain point. StretchLab has helped me go much further—my range of motion has improved significantly. Simple things like picking up a golf ball or getting a full reach while rowing feel easy again. Since I started regular stretching sessions, my occasional back pain has completely gone away. On top of that, every visit is a great experience. It’s a wonderful break from a stressful day, and I always leave feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.
