  This was my first impression, and unfortunately, it wasn’t very good. Since it was my first visit, there was no one at the reception, so I had to wait a few minutes for someone to assist me. After that, I was asked to create an account, but there was very little time left before the class started. The staff member kept repeating that there was only a little time remaining, which made me feel rushed. Instead of helping me settle in and allowing me to join the class, I was simply told, “Excuse me, the lesson has already started.” I understand that rules exist for everyone, but I had hoped for a more welcoming first experience. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case.

  Horrible customer service to say the least. I showed and felt completely unwelcome all for arriving 30 seconds late to a class! I drove over an hour and a half from Short Hill, NJ where there is a much more professional SoulCycle studio to check out Westport’s and was completely disappointed by my experience. I will not be returning. Anyways, the Hoboken studio is amazing! Can’t wait for my outdoor class there this week!
