We opened our doors in 2019 on the busy Post Road which is lined with a colorful book of local businesses. Off route US-1, Apotheco Pharmacy Westport is a stone’s throw away from popular local spots such as the Long Island Sound, Compo Beach, and Sherwood Island State Park. We are a full service pharmacy with a clinical focus in skin conditions. We provide skin treatment for Atopic Dermatitis (Eczema), Acne, Actinic Keratosis, Wound Care, Fungal Infections, Psoriasis, and Rosacea. Our dermatology pharmacy is near The Market Place Shopping Center, and we’re close to Westport Town Hall and the Westport Museum for History and Culture. Plenty of street parking available. We deliver your dermatology prescription free of charge.

When I arrived, they told me my prescription was not in stock and to come back. When I got back in my car I received a text that my prescription was delayed. Extremely disorganized operation. I shouldn't have received a phone call saying my order was ready for payment when it wasn't in stock.

After receiving multiple calls, I clearly asked to be removed from their call list. Instead of respecting that request, the man on the phone hung up on me mid-sentence. When I attempted to call back, he either hung up again or placed me on hold without saying a word multiple times. Today, I received yet another call asking me to reach out. When I did, the same individual answered and promptly hung up on me the moment I said hello. I called back once more and asked to speak with a manager. He ignored the request and put me on hold again. Only after several attempts did I reach someone else who transferred me finally to a manager. Unfortunately, the professionalism didn’t improve from there. The manager claimed my call was breaking up, but despite adjusting everything on my end, she continued to insist she couldn’t hear me. At some point, it starts to feel like avoidance rather than a technical issue. If this is the level of customer service you offer, I can only imagine the quality of the actual product. Needless to say, I wouldn’t trust or engage with this establishment again under any circumstances.
