  I’ve used a few of these Quest Diagnostics locations including both West Haven locations, and the New Haven location and even though the check in process and the employees are both very good the lab results are terrible I’ve been receiving false positive results of fetanyl <0.5 my/mL while my medication reads an accurate usable amount. I have been dealing with this for an extremely long time and I have reached out to the CEO of the company but to no avail. I do not see why I am expected to pay for these incorrect lab results you wouldn’t pay someone to fix your flat tire and they fix the flat but also drive a nail into the remaining tires. I am also not the only one dealing with this everyone I know that comes here for lab results also report having false positive results for fetanyl which makes no sense that fentanyl is the only thing being found when fetanyl is usually almost always added to other drugs to make them stronger, no one is using pure fentanyl without dying or at least it coming up as more then what the lab is finding at <0.5 ng/mL. It’s obvious they’re lab is contaminated or there is a human error happening either way it’s not my fault and I should not be expected to pay for a job that was not done correctly. They need to fix this. Anyone else have this problem? By the way it’s always a false positive for fetanyl never had it be anything else which seems like something wrong is happening.

  Maybe I came on a wrong day and it's my first time being here but did not like the atmosphere or the vibe of the lady at the front desk . As I walked in she closed the glass (the one that separates me from her) right in my face. I knocked on the glass to ask if i needed to sign in or anything. I sat down waiting patiently when another customer (gentleman) walked in waiting to talk to her. After a min or so, the lady come up and tells the man that he needs to have a seat but said with an attitude . He's trying to explain something to her but she talks over him and say it doesn't matter just have a seat. Again the man tries to explain his reasoning for being here cause he has a tube/container of pee and the lady opens up the glass and yells at him and slams the glass and everyone who was waiting just looked in shock as another lady says WOW in disbelief. I get everyone has a bad day and maybe that was her case but leave that outside your job and act with professionalism.
