  The front desk staff rude and they swear with patients in the waiting area. They are speaking ill of the practice. Where are polite and courteous employees. The North Haven CT office is much better!

  Both of my children had their wisdom teeth taken out on the same day. Dr. Sayles did a great job and that is the only reason I am giving 2 stars. The billing office staff is terrible, difficult to work with, and threatened to send my daughter the statement for the outstanding balance owed. The only reason there is an outstanding balance is due to the office/dental group unwillingness to work with the health insurance company. They refuse to admit fault with incorrectly submitting in the billing and will not listen to anyone telling them how to invoice, including insurance company. I would not recommend this dentist to anyone unless you are able to prepay the bill upfront and not have to deal with billing office.

  I was referred here by my dentist and i don't recommend anybody at all going here!! Very unprofessional place!! While I was waiting to be called in the exam room and while I was waiting in the waiting room the receptionist were both swearing about a patient that one of them just got off the phone with ( I was thinking of walking out right then and there and I should have), then I saw Dr. Lee who was very pushy and couldn't even answer my questions that I had about removing a wisdom tooth that's impacted on the bottom and if it would make things worse for my jaw because I do have jaw problems already, told me she didn't know at all if it would be higher risk and complications at all, so here I'm supposed to trust her with surgery with I don't know answers??!! And you're a dr??? What the hell kind of doctor are you?? Also I hated too how she kept shining the light in my eyes, aren't you supposed to be shining the light in my mouth???? I believe she was doing it on spite too. Then while I left the consultation with Dr.lee she was like trying to pressure me into making an appointment and I told her I have to check my calendar and check into a couple of things, she didn't like that answer at all, then I was told by the receptionist that how it would have to be scheduled on a Monday, I told her I was hoping for a Friday so that way I could recover over the weekend if I need to, the receptionist started catching an attitude with me next!! I wouldn't recommend this place at all to anyone, I went home and called my dentist and asked for another referral to somebody else. Oh and by the way.. the place is very very old inside and not modern at all neither so I wouldn't be surprised if they didn't have the proper equipment to do surgeries safely neither. Such a terrible place, can't imagine how anybody in the right mind would want to go here
