I'm prior service and these workouts are no joke! I think of it as being similar to morning PT. Muscle failure WILL occur! It's mostly women and the workouts are ballet based. If you can push your pride and ego to the left, you will get your butt kicked! The results you see will speak for itself. I would HIGHLY recommend this, for men!

Everyone here is very friendly and inclusive. I appreciate the representation I see throughout the participants in terms of identities and body types. It's a great workout for all ability levels. My only complaint is that they allow too many people in some of the classes. It's crammed during some of the common time classes and it prevents us from getting a fully effective workout. There's apparently an ability for a wait-list but I don't think it's used. I know it's more profitable for them to have as many people as possible but when we are barely fitting on the bar itself to exercise or I can't fully extend my arms out next to me on the floor, then what's the point? I also wish they offered clothing sizes that were more inclusive.
