I am a social worker at a nursing home facility and was in a bind when the homecare company I was using bowed out at the last minute and I had to find another homecare company quickly. I worked with John who was quick to respond to my inquiry. He immediately came out to the facility, met with the patient and her family to get to know them better, and was able to get a caregiver out to the patients home in the matter of HOURS.
