  If you need to lose a lot of weight FAST, adjust your diet and go to this place! Everyone is SUPER nice. The classes are fun, empowering, motivating, and they'll melt your weight away. This is a great alternative for people that don't want to run or can't run due to injury. Calorie output over calorie input and CycleBar!

  Live, laugh, LOVE CycleBar!! This place has been completely life changing for me. I've become obsessed with the people, the atmosphere - everything. And if you want to do a private event, Cher and Di are so accommodating. I hosted a ride for my birthday and everyone had the most amazing time. Huge shoutout to Holly for being such an incredible instructor :) I'm so glad I found CycleBar West Hartford!

  I took a class last week as part of a private class for a birthday celebration. Everyone had a great time and they went the extra mile to make it special for the occasion. I really enjoyed all of the little competitions the instructors incorporated to make us want to push ourselves, but also have fun.

  This is a great spin spot! The class was challenging and fun with great music. I felt like the expectations for rpm were reasonable. As a moderate spinner, I thought that most were attainable, and that is not always how I feel at other local spin classes. Not sure if I would choose cyclebar or tribe for the area. They are both good classes and comparably priced. The class rank and interactivity available at cyclebar is a neat add. Tribe edges out on positive energy in the class.
