- AAAntzfly4uMar 20, 20261.0Terrible experience here. I would never recommended them. I spent over $6,000 on hearing aids that didn’t work and was unable to return them. I took them back several times with concerns that i couldn’t hear and was told to ‘give them time’ and myself ‘time to adjust’. Even after seeing several audiologists that stated I needed procedures on my ears done and that hearing aids would never work, I was unable to get a refund. They truly don’t care about their patients and only care about the money.

I have called several times, and they always have an excuse that they are too busy, the person is off, or they are having an open house in that location in Waterford, CT. I would not recommend this company, it is a bunch of smoking mirrors. Stay away, waste of time.
