I always want to make sure I am doing a specific movement correctly as to not injure myself and they are able to help me modify so I can still strengthen. Members are nice, place is clean, front desk is always helpful, and the classes are always the right kind of challenge for my body. I can't stay away. I keep coming back for more!

I have taken almost 250 classes and there is a reason I continue to show up - great atmosphere, knowledgeable instructors, clean studio, the list goes on. Each class pushes you both physically and mentally (I suggest trying Empower!) If you're considering trying it out, I cannot recommend it enough!
