- DHDiane HarringtonDec 22, 20231.0After a wait of almost 1/2 hr for my appointment for a repair of my aid the young lady told me she was training new staff. I was in a group of about 5 people. The lady in charge said my aid needed to go out for repair- long story /short- I called 2 week 1/2 later & my hear aid was mailed to a wrong office & shelved there. I was told it would be overnighted to my location.A day later I did receive a call that it would be another day. The following day it came in & they called me midafternoon. They wanted me to make an appointment to program the aid ( a month out) instead I choice to pick it up with the old programming . I couldn't make it by 5 that day which was the Friday before Christmas weekend. Now my option is Tuesday after - with the old programming or a month out for a new program. DO THESE PEOPLE UNDERSTAND HEARING AIDS ARE NEEDED FOR THEIR CLIENTS. I didn’t mention that after I dropped my aid off I received a call from Miracle air with questions: what was I using while waiting & something else.. please call the office. I did. The receptionist had no idea why I was calling. I am so unhappy with the unprofessionalism & accountability.

They are not professionals and literally meaning many many unlicensed employees. Misleading tests and misleading test results. The morales of this company are so below the average human being and it is disgusting scene. They do nothing for the good of the patients it’s all for the bottom line which is fine if it’s not medical procedures. Do not!! Send you older loved ones to miracle ear they will take advantage in every way. I left very soon after watching the tactics of the ownership and the staff. Oh yea Megan?? Your nothing special! A two bit hustler who thinks one your better looking then you are and two that your actually intelligent!! Hustling our seniors out of food and rent money so you can act like some doctor your not! I have videos and recordings of this not just blowing smoke. This place isn’t the only one these miracle ears are scattered throughout the country and taking advantage whenever and with whoever. It’s sad actually these Frasier a from New York are glutinous slobs eating off your loved ones. How does the state of Connecticut allow this?
