- SNShannon NazarioMay 14, 20241.0After months of texts messages asking negotiating prices I finally decided to accept a deal we made via text. We discussed everything, so I had thought. After I signed up they continued to message me to pick a day to come in. I had been moving so I was procrastinating on picking a day that I could go. Well, I missed that day. A class that wasn’t fully booked. My account was then charged $20. We spoke nothing of that so I text them. No response! Now I mind you they messaged me day after day trying to negotiate a price and get me to set up class. They were always so quick to respond when I text up until I asked why my account was charged $20. (And they removed the credit I had for that class as if I attended.) A few days go by and no response. Finally, I asked them to cancel my account. It’s not OK that you can text me every day to beg me but not respond when I have a billing issue. A couple days later, I got a response saying that I signed a contract and I cannot be taken off of billing. First, you can’t refuse to stop billing someone. Most importantly, though, if you can negotiate prices via text, then you should have to include every single detail via text. Let me know, if I miss a class there’s a charge. Let me know the price you’re giving me would be a contractual agreement. I took the text as our agreement. This place is very aggressive, shady and will do anything to take your money. I had to cancel my bank card bc they literally said NO, I cannot cancel my account. This place lacks integrity and I do not recommend it at all. I don’t even wanna go back for my remaining 3 classes bc it bothers me that I was charged a late fee and the class was taken away. So they made free money by not being genuine.
