  I'm not sure which one you're referring to. West Mn. St. in Waterbury screwed up my tox screen 4 freaking times!!! Four! The urine on 03/06/26 stated I was positive for alcohol (ETOH). I RARELY drink and I certainly didn't for months before the test. It was straight forward test. I don't know who screwed up but I'm pissed! I won't bother going into detail about how a phlebotomist used the same needle twice and was about to use for a third time before I caught her. This happened several months ago yet I didn't receive a survey that time and a survey is Always sent. I had to have a second urine and this time I had it done in New Haven CT. I think I need to find another draw station. It seems that your staff are not trained properly and this concerns me. As far as 428 Columbus Ave. New Haven, CT the phlebotomist was on the ball and made sure all was in order. She was really fun to talk to, professional, very courteous, funny, with an engaging personality. I wish I could say the same for the West Mn. St. in Waterbury, CT. Screwed up four times in a row. The only reason I posted three stars is due to my New Haven experience. Your Waterbury staff could learn a lot from her.

  I'm a senior/disable scare of needles my anxiety was through the roof. This amazing phlebotomist was amazing she talked to me while preparing me as well as taking my blood. She had the hands of an angel. She was really good, I cant be any more grateful.
