They stay with you through the whole process and even make it a mini personal event when unboxing your glasses! It was very cute and surprisingly fun! In particular Sales Associate Alberto always goes above and beyond to make sure that all of our needs are met. My family of four all have glasses and have visited this location many times. Alberto helps us with selecting frames, explains our benefits and all the options available. Alberto is very patient while we take time to make decisions about our glasses selection and understands this is an investment as well as making sure we are comfortable with the look and style. When glasses need adjusting Alberto is always quick to assist and ensure the glasses fit properly. I have always had good experiences with the Waterbury location, but want to recognize and commend Alberto for his excellent service and support.
