  Do not trust this place with your mental health under any circumstances. I had an appointment set for 12pm and it was cancelled the same day at 9am without anyone contacting me. When I called to find out what happened, I was told the provider- Clare Criscuolo- needed to reschedule my appointment but when she called me my voicemail box was full so she just went ahead and canceled. I have given these people my phone number, my email, and I created a portal account which has a messaging feature so they had a number of options for contacting me but they decided to go ahead and cancel my appointment without so much as trying to call a second time. How can a provider be so unprofessional as to cancel a much needed mental health appointment without making contact with the patient or having someone else cover the appointment? The provider eventually called me again AFTER my appointment time had passed and asked to see me at 2pm, which didn’t really work for me (that’s why I needed the 12pm) but I tried to make it work anyway. I did, however, decide that I couldn’t trust this individual with my mental health when she doesn’t even respect her patients enough to make contact with them before cancelling an appointment. Terribly unprofessional and disgusting indifference towards patients and their mental health.

  Waste of time. Had to register as a new client then make an appointment a week out just for an unenthusiastic receptionist to tell me they had no openings..... really? In the email it said tele-call 10-15 minutes. For a private company they run it state facility.....

  I called talked to the intake person which said that the therapist would call me shortly and about an hour later I got call very very professional Nd caring person on the other end Nd I received a appointment for the following week I’m super happy the first part is usually the hardest this was so easy

  I have been going here for almost a year now to do treatment for a trauma I experienced as a child. I'm really thankful I found this place. The office in Waterbury is small and private which is good for me. My counselor is even available to when I am not in session at the office! Great place for counseling.
