    The Waterbury office of Miracle Ear is highly recommended, Miranda is very friendly, personable and professional, She keeps everything flowing in the office. Scarlett Florian is an exceptional hearing instrument specialist. When I was first evaluated I had moderate to severe hearing loss in both ears. The process to getting my hearing back was a journey but Scarlett knew the path and brought my hearing back to as close to normal as possible. The results were beyond belief. Scarlett and Miranda are an exceptional team and I highly recommend the Waterbury office of Miracle Ear for any amount of hearing loss. Scarlett and Miranda will serve you personably with compassion for your condition and develop a path for your personal return to hearing.

Ms. Scarlett Florian is patient, thorough and she make sure you leave with the proper hearing aid that fits your life style. I am happy to find a place that will listen and take great care of me.     Very Meticulous and informative staff. Goes above and beyond to explain and help. Had an issue with 1 hearing aid not working temporarily, stopped in right away and receptionist took the time to correct the issue and get everything back 100% and didn’t have to wait for an appointment to correct the issue. Always able to adjust schedule quickly if a conflict arises.
