  I went in for blood work today and I got a huge hematoma for the first time ever. Had to waste time and money going to urgent care because of how bad it hurts.

  Appointment was made. When arriving to lab there was a wait with other appointments backed up for an hour. Customer service was terrible. No professionalism at all. Lab technicians were completely rude , would not take a moment to advise if they were working short. Do not go to this lab it is run poorly .

  What a joke!!!!I had an appointment for COVID testing but when I got there I was told they couldn't find my referral,then I was told that they didn't do contact tracing since my husband already tested positive with a at home test(I did the second one and tested negative) we were told by the emergency physician that we spoke to on phone that the tests were not always accurate.we only had the one test kit cause you have to be important to qualify for those .What do they mean by tracing?I already know where it came from,and why are they a testing site,is it just for people that want to to on vacation?

  Don't go here.The phlebotomist could not find the giant vein in my arm that no one has had an issue getting ever, and wiggled the needle in my arm to try and find it causing me to get a large hematoma and bubble. She then went for a spot on my forearm where she had to wiggle needle again where it almost fell out. Never have I ever seen such incompetence. I advise that you stay away
