  Treated on time by a kind and personable technician. She was able to find a vein on my left arm and painlessly drew the blood. I was in and out in minutes.

  My appointment was scheduled for 7:50 in the Wallingford location. I checked in at 7:40 and only waited 3 minutes before I was called. Minimal wait time. Sarah was the employee that handled my lab work. She was professional, courteous and very friendly.

  DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION!!! If you’re a walk-in you will sit for hours with no help or human interaction. There were 2 names on standby before me that never got called after I watched the waiting room fill up and clear out twice. Your name will not get called and you will waste your time.

  Once you get in it's fine. They don't honor appointment times so be prepared to wait. I was called in 25 minutes after my appointment time. Seems like all these places are the same with wait times.
