- VKValerie KilmartinFeb 19, 20265.0My husband and I received invitations for free hearing tests from Miracle Ear a few weeks ago. Since we had just started talking about needing to get hearing tests, the timing was perfect. Making the appointment was easy and convenient, using the location in Guilford. We met with Megan and Cristina, who were the best guides to testing, results and choices. My husband's hearing loss was more significant than mine, so they concentrated on him. Both of us were very impressed with the information, consideration and practical support of the Miracle Ear purchase and follow up program. When we returned a week later to get his hearing aids, Cristina was patient and kind with us. There is a learning curve to simply getting used to putting the hearing aid in your ear canal correctly. When we had a difficulty with one ear the next day, we were able to get an appointment immediately with Holly, who was equally helpful. The follow up appointments for service and care are included in the price of the hearing aids which is a terrific business model and very reassuring. Richard is now completely comfortable with his hearing aids and so glad we went to Miracle Ear. We could not recommend them highly enough.
