The receptionist was pleasant, kind & got me right in as an emergency after, hearing that I had been in pain for 2 weeks. The dentist scheduled an emergency appointment the next day after my 1st visit, hearing my problem & seeing the pain that I was in. He came in on his day off & got me feeling better in time to enjoy the holidays. So thankful.
- AMAmanda MartinSep 15, 20235.0I was on the hunt for a decent dentist who takes husky. Unfortunately before finding this one I had a dentist in hamden totally ruin my teeth with bad fillings. It left me with a serious dental phobia. Then I found this place and I will ONLY be going to easton from now on AND my husband is going to make the switch here too. The dentist and receptionist made me feel very comfortable, I fully trust this dentist he is a very smart and gentle man. I always thought i had some kind of deficiencies that made it hard for me to get numb- but i realize now that previous dentists just werent hitting the right spots. Ive had 5 filling appts here with zero problem getting numb. If you have state ins and are tired of going to bottom of the barrel dentists, I recommend you call easton. In the past 2 years I've seen 5 different dentists, easton being the BEST. I cannot thank them enough.
- AAACJun 13, 20235.0They saw me on an emergency basis within an hour of me calling. Their dentist discovered why I was in so much pain and referred me to an oral surgeon. He was very up front about my options and explained the risks of why pulling isn’t a good idea. They also answered my call at almost 7PM & followed up with me. My pain was so severe I wasn’t sure how I was going to get through the day. I thankfully have surgery scheduled Thursday and I’m getting by until then. The staff was compassionate, understanding, answered every question, and showed me my x-rays. I highly recommend.
