  My exeperience with the Quest Diagnostics has consistently been pleasant. The site is clean and well organized and I am always pleasantly welcomed when I arrive. The phlebotomists are pleasant and competent . Getting blood work at Quest has been a positive experience every time.

  The staffs are really rude. They do not fit the walk in even after 3 hours. If there is no one waiting as per appointment, they will simply not come out for walk in person . They will come out for patients only with appointments. Extremely disappointed .

  Staff is lazy and bruised me bad when trying to draw blood; would recommend going to a different location in area

  The phlebotomist's must've have a stressful day, they showed it in thier lack of kindness and patience. Apparently it's an APPOINTMENT ONLY location when she told me, "this isn't a retail store." Terrible experience. I've witnessed many unhappy patients walk out of there especially because the new system isn't tailored to all (elders & non English speaking). Top it off with waiting room has an old moldy rug smell.
