I arrived and checked in by my 10:15 AM appointment time. Wasn't admitted at 10:15 AM because there were 4 people ahead of me. When it was my turn the staff was professional, cordial, and quick during my exam. The exam maybe lasted about 5 - 8 minutes from entry to exiting the store with prescription in hand. I left the store at 11:15 AM. This visit could have been 5 stars if my exam was done at the appointment time or the policy was by walk in and not appointments.
