- JPJanos PergelyDec 22, 20241.0I come once a month for pre work out. They were having a but 2 get one free sale. I literally only wanted my pre workout. The kid working told me about the sale. I was hesitant. He told me about creatine and I decided to get 2 so I’d get the sale. I even asked him 2 times if it would be part of the sale. He charged me for all three. I tried to contact customer service who said I had to go in store. I went in store and the kid was all confused and realized the pre workout was actually not on the deal. He said he would refund one of my creatine powders. Then he asked me for the creatine back. I didn’t bring it in because I expected to be refunded for one. Had to go back to my car and bring it in and get refunded. Waste of my time. Should have just honored the sale - the associate pushed the sale on me.
