  I made an appointment ahead of time and only had about a five min wait. The phlebotomist was very personable and professional, the whole procedure went very smoothly.

  Wait time is excellent when you check in on line. The workers are excellent and your in and out.

  The directions and signage to the Torrington facility (@ Charlotte Hungerford) wasn’t the clearest for a first-time visitor. But it’s one of those once-you-do-it-you-know things. So give yourself extra time on your first visit. The onsite parking is somewhat limited. The Quest facility was good … easy check-in, and I was taken before my actual appointment time! My phlebotomist was superb - young, friendly, professional … and very skilled. Typically, my veins can be hard to find and tap into, but the Quest Phlebotomist had no problem.

  I have been utilizing Quest for the past 25 years. My prostrate cancer is being treated with intermittant hormonal theraphy so I need to be tested at least each 3 mths to decide on a hormonal injection. When I 1st started this routine 25 yrs ago, getting test results was a veritible knightmare. Over the years I have seen Quest invest in process equipment, training and scheduling methods that have made them an excellent provider. I typically get my results in (sometimes less) 24 hours. Their online scheduling system has eliminated what sometimes used to require an hour or so of wait time. Currently, I register on line, arrive at the facility and just either scan my cell phone or click on the app to advise I have arrived. Current wait time based on the prescheduled appointment is a few moments. That's a great improvement and avoids having to sit waiting & being exposed - another great improvement !!
